Hopkinton Police Launches "Sweet Scoops" Program to Reward Community-Minded Youth

Hopkinton, MA - In a move to foster positive relationships between local youth and law enforcement, the Hopkinton Police Department has launched a new initiative called "Operation Sweet Rewards." When these positive acts are observed, the officers will present the children with "Sweet Scoops Citations" - vouchers that can be redeemed for a free small ice cream at local participating businesses.This initiative, spearheaded by Hopkinton Police Officer Augusto Diaz, aims to create a fun and engaging way for law enforcement to connect with the community's youth.
